Memberships Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Beauty IQ’s direct debit memberships and apply to all customers who sign up for our weekly membership plans. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Overview
1.1 Beauty IQ offers recurring membership services billed weekly via direct debit.
1.2 Your membership entitles you to access selected services and benefits as outlined in your chosen membership plan.
1.3 Memberships are ongoing and will continue until cancelled by the member in accordance with these Terms.

2. Payments
2.1 Memberships are ongoing and do not have a set end date.
2.2 Membership fees are deducted automatically from your nominated bank account or credit/debit card weekly.
2.3 All payments are processed through a secure direct debit system. Beauty IQ is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party financial institutions.
2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account on each payment date.
2.5 Failed payments may result in: A dishonour fee charged by your financial institution; Suspension of your membership access until payment is received; Referral to a debt collection agency if unresolved.
2.6  A minimum commitment of 6 months is required before any cancellation requests will be accepted. 

3. Cancellations and Holds
3.1 You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to infobeautyiq@gmail.com or in person at Beauty IQ.
3.2 Cancellations will not be backdated. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
3.3 Membership payments will not be refunded due to early termination or failure to notify cancellation in writing to infobeautyiq@gmail.com. 

4. Service Usage and Bookings
4.1 You will receive the number of treatments as defined by your selected plan. These treatments are not transferable and cannot be refunded. Treatments must be used as attended in your membership.  
4.2 Beauty IQ may cancel or revoke a membership at any time for any reason. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.
4.3 Memberships may include specific services, discounts, or benefits. Details will be provided at the time of sign-up and are subject to change.
4.4 Any member product discount is applied to the standard product price and does not apply to already discounted products. The discount does not apply to the purchase of vouchers.
4.5 Booking in advance is recommended. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiting the service from your chosen membership plan. Bookings have to be made within the month.
4.6 Unused services do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your membership plan.

5. Changes to Membership Terms
5.1 Beauty IQ reserves the right to adjust pricing, service inclusions, or terms from time to time. New terms will be posted on our website and available in-clinic.
5.2 Continued use of the membership after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Privacy and Security
6.1 All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering memberships and providing treatments. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.2 All personal and payment information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.3 By signing up, you consent to receive communications from Beauty IQ regarding your membership and related services.

7. Liability
7.1 Beauty IQ is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Members are advised to follow all safety instructions and seek medical advice if they have any health concerns prior to using our services.
7.2 It is your responsibility to inform staff of any medical conditions or concerns prior to receiving services.
